Introducing BBc for people who have MS - a free, two-week course based in Bristol
This Bladder and Bowel course (BBc) is free of charge and designed to help patients who would like to know more about their bladder and bowels and ow to manage symptoms. It is open to anyone who has MS.
When: The first course will take place over 2 weeks beginning on Tuesday 31st October at 10:30am and 12:30pm and continuing on the 7th November 2017. The second course then takes place on the 14th and 21st November from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Information regarding the content of each session of the course will be provided at the first meeting and you can attend as many of the sessions as you feel appropriate.
Where: The courses will take place at the S Meeting Point at the Vassall Centre. Gill Avenue, Fishponds, Bristol, BS16 2QQ
Who: Carole Copestake is our Continence Nurse Educator at MS Research. Carole has worked in Neurology since 1997, working as an MS research nurse on several clinical trials, she was appointed the first MS Specialist nurse in Bristol December 2000. Carole left her role as an MS Nurse April 2016 and now works with MS patients and those with other neurological conditions as a continence advisor.
